Garlic 1 piece
Sliced red pepper ½ bunch
Dried whitebait (silverfish) 10 grams
Salt appropriate amounts
Cherry tomato 4
Basil appropriate amounts
<Cooking Method>
1. Cut the bread into small pieces, toast them and spread cream cheese on them.2. Fry chopped garlic, red pepper and dried whitebait with olive oil until they are crispy.
3. Put the Gyoza, diced cherry tomato, and ingredients from step 2 on bread and garnish with basil.
