First made in Japan Pork Gyoza using Hokkaido Pork, crafted with a recipe developed in Japan for an authentic taste. Achieve a crispy layer around gyoza with no oil no water.

<Cooking Methods>

Pan-fry:

1. Take Frozen Gyoza from tray and place on pan. Then, heat pan with medium heat.

2. Close the lid and cook around 6 to 6.5 mins with medium heat. (Cooking times can be adjusted based on gas range.)

3. Take off the lid, continue heating until water is evaporated and batter has golden brown.
