Chicken Somen Noodle

<Ingredients>

Wakadori Karaage / The★Karaage 6 pieces
Somen noodle 150 g (3 bundles)
A: Mentsuyu (noodle soup base, triple soy sauce) tbsp 1
A: Miso tsp 1
A: Vinegar tsp 1
A: Grated garlic tsp ½
A: Sesame oil tbsp 1
Soy sauce appropriate amount
Green onion appropriate amount
Egg yolk 2
Chili oil appropriate amount
Black pepper appropriate amount

<Cooking Method>

10 mins
1. Cook Wakadori Karaage / The★Karaage as instructed on the package.
2. Boil soumen noodles, wash them under running water, and drain them. Cut green onion into small pieces.
3. Put all of the ingredients A and 2 into a bowl, mix it, and season it with soy sauce.
4. Serve 3 on a plate, put green onion, egg yolk and Karaage on it and sprinkle black pepper.
