Wakadori Karaage 1 bagLettuce Moderate amount
Tomato Moderate amount
Cucumber 1/2
Japanese leek 1/2
Ginger Moderate amount
A: Grated garlic 1 piece
A: Vinegar/Black vinegar 3 tsps
A: Sugar 3 tsps
A: Sesame oil 1 tsp
<Cooking Method>
20 min1.Cook Wakadori Karaage as instructed on the package.
2.Mince the cucumber, Japanese leek and ginger.
3.Mix A and add minced ingredients from step 2.
4.Spread lettuce on a plate, top with the Karaage from step 1, lettuce, tomato, and pour the sauce from step 3 on top.
