Coconut Milk Soup with Gyoza

<Ingredients>

Gyoza 12 pieces
Rice noodles 50 grams
Bok-choy 2 bunches
Bell pepper 1/2
A: Coconut milk 1 cup
A: Clear soup 4 cups
A: Doubanjiang 1 tsp
A: Pinch salt and pepper

<Cooking Method>

1. Cook the Gyoza and rice noodles in boiling water for 3-4 mins.
2. Cut Bok-choy into small pieces and boil it for 1-2 mins.
3. Put A, 1, 2 and chopped bell peppers in a pot and boil them for 1-2 mins.
