Gyoza and Shumai with Stamina Ginger and Garlic Sauce

<Ingredients>

Gyoza 12 pieces
Shumai 12 pieces
A: Ponzu soy sauce ¼ cup
A: Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp
A: Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
A: Roasted white sesame seeds 1 tsp
A: Scallions (finely chopped) 2 bunches
A: Sesame oil 1 tsp

<Cooking Method>

1. Put ingredients A in a bowl and mix them well.
2. Serve the Gyoza and shumai with the sauce in a separate bowl and enjoy.
