Gyoza Don with Stamina Garlic Sauce

<Ingredients>

Gyoza 6 pieces
Rice 200 gram
Scallions 20 grams
A: Ginger (chopped) 15 grams
A: Garlic (chopped) 6 grams
A: Roasted white sesame seeds 16 grams
A: Sesame oil 30 grams
A: Soy sauce 3 tsp

<Cooking Method>

1. Cut scallions diagonally into 3cm length and mix it with A in a bowl.
2. Serve rice in the bowl with the pan-fried Gyoza and drizzle the sauce on top.
