Gyoza Soup Curry

For 2 people Recipe provided by AJINOMOTO FROZEN FOODS CO., INC.

<Ingredients>

Gyoza 10 pieces
Onion 1/2
Potato 1
Carrot 1/4
Bell pepper (red) 1/4
Cabbage 1 leaf
A: Water 4 cups
A: Stock cube 1 cube
Curry powder 30 gram
B: Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
B: Salt 1 ½ tbsp
Vegetable oil appropriate amounts

<Cooking Method>

1. Finely chop onions and cut potatoes, carrots, bell peppers and cabbages into small pieces.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onions well. Add potatoes and carrots and sauté briefly. Add A and bring to a boil. Simmer over low-medium heat for about 8 minutes while removing scum.
3. Put Gyoza, cabbage and bell peppers and cook them on medium heat for another 4 min.
4. Add curry powder and B in the pot and boil them lightly.
