Gyoza 24 piecesAsparagus 60 grams
French beans 80 grams
Red Bell Pepper 1
Yellow Bell Pepper 1
A.Chinese soup base powder 1 tsp
A. Mirin 2 tbsp
A. Soy sauce 1 ½ tbsp
A. Water 1 cup
A. Bonito flakes 5 gram
Potato starch (dissolved in water) 1 tbsp
Sesame oil ½ tbsp
Scallion 5 bunches
<Cooking Method>
1. Prepare the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces:2. Sauce: Boil ingredients A in a pan, then add potato starch mixture to thicken it. Add sesame oil and scallions.
3. Gyoza & Vegetables:
a. Heat up a hot plate and place a heatproof container in the center.
b. Arrange the Gyoza and the vegetables around the hotplate.
4. Pour the sauce from step 2 into the heatproof container, cover, and steam
5. Enjoy Gyoza and the vegetables with the sauce.
