Gyoza with Onion & Ponzu Sauce

<Ingredients>

Gyoza 12 pieces
Onion 1/4
Ponzu soy sauce 2 tbsp
Bonito flakes appropriate amounts
Shiso (cut into fine strips) appropriate amounts

<Cooking Method>

1. Dice the onion and soak it in the water then drain well.
2. Add onions into ponzu sauce and garnish with bonito flakes and shiso. Serve together with the dumplings.
