Egg 1 piece
Mentsuyu* (3 times concentrated) 2 tsps
Green onions Moderate amount
Butter 10 g
Soy sauce Moderate amount
*mixture of dashi, soy sauce, mirin and sugar
<Cooking Method>
10 mins1.Cook Wakadori Karaage / The★Karaage as instructed on the package.
2.Place frozen udon noodle in a heat-resistant bowl and cook as instructed on package.
3.Add egg and mentsuyu to the bowl of udon and mix them.
4.Serve in a bowl and put cooked Karaage, chopped green onions, butter and soy sauce at the top.
