Steamed Vegetable Salad with Gyoza

For 2 people Recipe provided by AJINOMOTO FROZEN FOODS CO., INC.

<Ingredients>

Gyoza 6 pieces
Broccoli ½ bunch
Pumpkin 100 grams
Lotus root 100 gram s
Carrot 1/2
A: Ponzu 2 tbsp
A: Chopped ginger 2 pieces
A: Olive oil 2/3 tbsp

<Cooking Method>

1. Cut the broccoli, pumpkin, lotus root and carrot into small pieces.
2. Cover the vegetables from step 1 with a damp kitchen paper and cover with food wrap then microwave at 600W for about 4 to 5 minutes until it becomes soft.
3. Cook the gyoza and then place them on top of the vegetables. Pour the sauce (from mixing A together) over and serve as dressing.
