Wakadori Karaage or The★Karaage 2 piecesSilken Tofu 1/2
Japanese leek 1/3
Hondashi 1 tsp
Water 150 ml
Mitsuba (Japanese parsley) 3
Wasabi A little
Ponzu (citrus-based) sauce Moderate amount
<Cooking Method>
10 mins1. Cook Wakadori Karaage / The★Karaage as instructed on the package.
2. Cut the Japanese leek in half lengthwise and thinly slice diagonally. Roughly chop the mitsuba.
3. Place the silken tofu in a heat-resistant bowl and add Japanese leek to the top. Add in Hondashi and pour in water.
4. Wrap a bowl loosely, and heat in the microwave (600W) for 2 mins.
5. Place Karaage, mitsuba, wasabi in bowl under step 3 and pour ponzu sauce
